We are so glad to invite you to 18th triennial ISTRO Congress to be held on 15th-19th of June, 2009 in İzmir, Turkey.
The coming 18th congress of ISTRO Congress which is held once in every three years will be held in İzmir, Turkey in 2009. With traditional ISTRO congresses, many scientists and researchers from different countries all around get a chance to meet each time in different country to discuss different subjects and exchange ideas of soil tillage issues. With this congress we will have a chance to discuss the subjects of mainly soil tillage, soil compaction, and soil management matters.
As scientists, our main objective is to create a livable world for our next generation by applying best suitable soil tillage techniques. For this reason, "Sustainable Agriculture" will be the main subject of this congress. We believe that sustainable agriculture should be our common key subject that all we work on. In this aspect, especially no-till and direct seeding applications are getting an importance recently.
The conference will be held in 5 stars hotel located at bay area of beautiful Ege Sea.
